How long does a custom order take?
Custom orders typically take 1–2 weeks depending on complexity and current order volume. We'll confirm your estimated turnaround time when we receive your request.
Can I send a photo for a custom tumbler or earrings?
Yes! For custom tumbler and jewelry, you're welcome to send a photo of your outfit, pet, or inspiration and we'll do our best to match the colors and style.
Shipping
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship across the United States. Local pickup and delivery options may also be available depending on your location.
How are glass pieces packaged?
All glass items are carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure they arrive safely. We take extra care with floats, marbles, and pendants.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order is fulfilled. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

How do I care for my glass jewelry?
Avoid exposing your glass pendants and earrings to harsh temperature changes.
How should I display my glass float?
Glass floats look beautiful displayed on an LED stand, in a bowl, or hung or placed near a window where light can pass through them.
Are the colors exactly as shown?
Because each piece is handmade, colors may vary slightly from screen to screen and piece to piece. This is part of the beauty of handcrafted glass art — no two pieces are exactly alike!

Are your products handmade?
Yes! Every glass piece is handmade by us in our studio by the creek. Each item is crafted from glass rods or fit, mixed and shaped by hand, and annealed at over 1,000°F for durability.
